🎓 Assistant Manager (Engineering)
Civil: B.E. or B.Tech. in Civil Engineering. Electrical: B.E. or B.Tech. in Electrical, or Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Mechanical: B.E. or B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering. No prior experience is required for any of the three engineering posts.

Minimum age 18 years and maximum age 28 years for all posts. Candidates should not have been born earlier than November 16, 1998, or later than November 15, 2008. Relaxation: SC and ST 5 years; OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) 3 years; PwBD 10 years; Ex-Servicemen 5 years for Assistant Manager posts (with a service-deduction rule for Junior Executive posts); persons affected by the 1984 riots 5 years. Maximum age after cumulative relaxation is 55 years as on November 15, 2026.
📏 Bond and Posting
Selected Assistant Managers must execute a bond of Rs. 1,00,000 and selected Junior Executives a bond of Rs. 50,000, each to serve for a minimum of two years at joining. CWC posts are on an All India cadre, so posting can be anywhere in India, or outside India, as per CWC requirements.

Selection Process and Exam Pattern
1. Online Test (202 questions, 230 marks, 3 hours)
Objective tests in separately timed sections, plus a descriptive Language and Comprehension Abilities test of 2 questions for 30 marks. Assistant Manager (Technical, Finance and Engineering) and Junior Executive (Technical) papers include a Professional or Subject Knowledge section. One-fourth of the marks of a question is deducted for each wrong answer in the objective tests; there is no penalty for an unanswered question. Minimum qualifying marks for the Professional or Subject Knowledge and descriptive tests are 40% for Unreserved candidates and 35% for OBC, EWS, SC, ST, PwBD and Ex-Servicemen candidates.
2. Document Verification
Shortlisted candidates (up to 1:5 for Assistant Manager posts and up to 1:3 for Junior Executive posts) are called for document verification, held for Junior Executive posts at the CWC Corporate Office, Delhi.
3. Interview (Assistant Manager posts only)
Assistant Manager candidates who clear document verification face an interview of 30 marks, with final weightage of 85 marks for the online examination and 15 marks for the interview. Junior Executive posts have no interview stage.
